Jennelle Suarez, MSPA, PA-C
Jennelle is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in Aesthetic Medicine for over 8 years now. Jennelle started her career in regenerative pain management and physical rehabilitation which eventually these skill sets including ultrasound-guided injections, was incorporated into the field of Aesthetic Medicine and along with Jennelle’s artistic eye, the vision of Holistic Beauty Innovations Med Spa became a reality in 2019.
✨Jennelle stands by achieving natural and regenerative results in every treatment plan for her patients within the practice. With Jennelle being a National trainer for neuromodulator/dermal fillers, AIAM PDO Nova Threads, PRF, EZ Gel, and microcannula skillsets, education and safety is the highest priority for her. Jennifer Counts, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Jennifer, also known as “Jen,” is a professionally trained Registered Nurse with a variety of clinical experience, including 13 years in Post Partum/Transition Nursery and Obstetrics/Gynecology, NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), Maternal Newborn Nursing, as well as Labor and Delivery. Jennifer decided to transition her love for anti-aging and aesthetic medicine in 2020 where she became certified in the foundations of Aesthetic injectables including Neuromodulator and Dermal Fillers. Jennifer has a warm and welcoming nature to both established and new patients at our medical practice and strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment to guide you on the best professional recommendation in your aesthetic anti-aging journey. During Jen’s free time, she enjoys watching baseball, MMA, and spending time with her family and pitbull pup!
Dr. Vincent Marino, MD
Dr. Marino graduated with high honors from the University of Arizona Medical school in 1987. His residency was completed at the Denver Health and hospital system in Denver Colorado. He served as Chief of Emergency Medicine and Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Honor Health hospitals for over 6 years and was the president of Scottsdale Emergency Associates for 4 years. Dr. Marino has been providing expert medical direction in Medical Aesthetics for 18 years. His focus is on quality care and safety provided by state of the art products and equipment all of which are approved by the FDA.

Kelly Withers, Patient Care Coordinator
Kelly provides a warm and welcoming spirit when you come into our practice. With over 15 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetics, rest assured that Kelly will provide you with the latest and up-to-date recommendations to help you achieve your anti-aging aesthetic goals. Kelly also has 10 years of sales management and marketing experience as well as multiple exposures with being guest speaker for several podcasts for health and fitness. Kelly has provided a special edge to the Aesthetic field by assisting with launching new technology and aesthetics and working with Key Aesthetics thought leaders across the United States and Canada. Kelly has also built sales education programs and seminars. With Kelly being a certified health coach and being a formal national fitness competitor as well as coach and personal trainer, she has all the resources to help achieve your ultimate weight loss and health goals in an integrative fashion at our practice. Kelly also has a passion for providing a supportive community for both aspiring moms-to-be and existing mothers and is author in Amazon best seller on being a busy working mom with a second book to be published in summer 2023. DR. JAMAL DEAN DABBAH
MD
Medical Director, Dr. Jamal Dean Dabbah, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who has an abundance of experience in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. He strives to achieve an individual’s most natural look through several forms of regenerative medicine modalities, including amniotic allograft and platelet-rich plasma.
Dr. Dabbah, MD completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, which was then followed by his return to his home state of Illinois for graduate school. Dr. Dabbah graduated at the top of his class from Chicago Medical School, earning a master’s degree in biomedical science and a doctor of medicine degree. He then served his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
